Benefits of Training

Most of the topics of wisdom included in the Wonderful Life Project training program have been extensively researched both in university settings and in real-world environments (e.g., work). Researchers have identified at least 96 benefits (to date)--18 benefits associated with business, 53 benefits on the individual level, and 25 benefits to individual health.
